Trying to get back into using Photoshop to distract myself. Was inspired by the various conversations and stories Fiji and I have been passing back and forth between one another.

The idea is that during their first encounter Khiani tried to take some of Casradin's rings. He wasn't upset, it's hard to make him upset, but it did get him thinking. After meeting with her beloved Lord Killian and learning more about her Casradin got a bit of an idea and had a smith acquaintance of his fashion this for her. It's set on a chain to fit around her neck and shoulders and rest on her sternum like a necklace.

The phrase is something he says to Khiani as he's giving it to her and pointing out some of the flaws in the design and craftmanship. It's not a perfect piece, it never was suppose to be. With all things he says it has a double meaning, speaking towards the flaws she and everyone else carries.

Hope she likes it :D

:lol: If Khiani receives this, I guess she would squeal and jump around like a little kid in greatest joy of all joyness. Casradin's such a gentleman. I wondered... is he a womanizer? xD~

Great piece, and I speak for Khiani when I say, this is really amazing! :heart:

If you are asking if he sleeps with various attractive women and actively seeks out women to seduce and bed... then to a certain degree yes :D

But he's actually very appreciative of women. He's got this strange fascination with them that goes beyond just lust. I could write this long thing on it but it's easier to just say he's a fan ;)

It's just the fact that he's so very different from all the characters I have designed myself. He's so mysterious, nobody can really trust him. This is a great contrast to all of my characters.

With them, it's in cold print - they're evil or they're good. But not really something unknown or in-between. xD~

Back on subject, I'm glad Khiani likes it :D I try to keep it simple just in case you decided you wanted to draw it. This way you don't have to do a lot of intricate work. It was originally going to be steel or silver or gold, but I thought copper or bronze just would work better with the earth tones she wears (seeing as how that is her element...)

I'm curious now just how that kind of reaction would be... Would she be all giddy little schoolgirl on him :)

I bet she would. xD~ This is only the second time a man gave her a gift. The first one was Lord Killian, who designed her an elegant dress which she never wears because she's afraid to ruin it. xD

She would be like: "I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I looooooooooooooooo~ove you for this!!!" And then, a :kiss: for him. If cheek or lips is up to you.
